Hi, I'm Heidi VanZandt. Two months after my 50th birthday, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Maintaining a fitness regimen and a positive attitude helped me get through treatments and have the confidence that I was going to be okay. Cancer inspired me to make some major lifestyle changes including adopting a whole foods plant-based diet. Since then, I have dedicated my life to helping others take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.

TO DETERMINE IF COACHING IS RIGHT FOR YOU

I must say, it’s a challenge, learning about new foods, finding them in the grocery store and trying new recipes, but having a coach makes it manageable and fun! I’m in the early stages of my journey, but like any serious athlete, I’m willing to put in the time and energy my coach says I need to in order to improve my game! — Pam Korn
