Hi, I'm Heidi VanZandt. Two months after my 50th birthday, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Maintaining a fitness regimen and a positive attitude helped me get through treatments and have the confidence that I was going to be okay. Cancer inspired me to make major lifestyle changes including adopting a whole foods plant-based diet. Since then, I have dedicated my life to helping others take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.
